Modern Children's Palace inaugurated
VGP - Ha Noi Children's Palace was put into operation on September 21 after three years of construction.

The project celebrates the 70th anniversary of the Liberation Day of the capital city.
Speaking at the ceremony, Nguyen Thi Tuyen, member of the Party Central Committee and Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ha Noi Party Committee, said: "Currently, in the capital, there are nearly 400 cultural and sports institutions, forming a quality and large-scale system, associated with rapid and sustainable socio-economic development, contributing to improving the local appearance as well as the quality of life and needs of the people."
The Standing Deputy Secretary hoped that the Palace will promote its role as a cultural and sports center, meeting the needs of living, studying, playing, competing in sports and physical training, creating a favorable environment for the development of future talents.
At the ceremony, delegates cut the ribbon and performed the ceremony of attaching the signboard of Ha Noi Children's Palace as a project to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation Day of the capital city.
Located on an area of nearly 40,000 square metres in Nam Tu Liem District, the project costs nearly VND1.38 trillion (USD56.20 million).
It has an 800-seat theatre, 200-seat 3D-4D cinema, 500-capacity stadium, swimming pool, library and other facilities.
The observatory tower stands 68 metres where visitors can have an overview of the city and learn about astronomy.
