The Public Administrative Service Center will work closely with the Ha Noi Police Department and other relevant agencies to implement the technological solution. The system supports a comprehensive review and cleansing of vehicle registration and driver license data, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.

In line with directives from the Ministry of Public Security, the Ha Noi Police Department launched a 60-day campaign from November 12 to December 30, 2025, to review and verify all motor vehicle and driver license information.

Citizens are encouraged to install the iHanoi app, create accounts on the "Digital Capital Citizen" platform, and declare their vehicle and driver license data.

Local ward and commune authorities have been instructed to guide residents through the process and ensure that all declarations are completed. The Hanoi Fatherland Front Committee will coordinate with authorities and community teams to promote the initiative and assist residents and businesses in updating their information.

Officials emphasize that the process will prioritize convenience, accessibility, and transparency for all users, marking an important step in Hanoi's ongoing effort to strengthen digital management and enhance citizen services.

This initiative reflects Ha Noi's commitment to leveraging technology to modernize public administration and improve efficiency while providing a smarter, more connected urban experience for its residents.

The iHanoi app was launched on June 28, 2024, allowing citizens and businesses to interact online, contributing to the perfection of digital platforms, helping provide digital services to a wider range of citizens and businesses, and making administrative procedures even more convenient.

The app also allows users to provide feedback on the local government's processes and public services.

Businesses and organizations will be able to use the app to submit their recommendations and concerns about any issues or obstacles they face when investing, producing and doing business in the city, and receive timely responses and solutions from the authorities.
