Survey on public administrative satisfaction conducted

Specifically, the survey targets organizations and individuals conducting administrative procedure transactions in 2017 at the departments on health, industry and trade, agriculture and rural development, fire prevention police, transport and 15 districts and suburban districts.

The survey runs from January- September, 2017.

Via the event, the local authorities of Ha Noi would uphold the supervisory role of people in Ha Noi and raise the quality of public services, especially in the abovesaid fields.

Based on the outcomes, the local authorities will propose measures to improve the public service quality and raise responsibility and serving behaviors of the public staff./.
