Photo exhibition spotlights Truong Sa archipelago

VGP - Twelve photographers will join an exhibition in Ha Noi from August 3 to 7 to express their love for Truong Sa (Spratly) Islands.

The exhibition, entitled ‘Truong Sa in Our Hearts’, includes 120 colour photos which the photographers captured during their trip to Truong Sa, which awoke their love for the archipelago and urged their to introduce the life of soldiers and residents on Truong Sa to the mainland.

The exhibition is expected to bring Truong Sa closer to the mainland and showing that every Vietnamese citizen always considers Truong Sa with practical heads and fond hearts.

These photographers include chairman of the Viet Nam Artistic Photo Association (VAPA) Vu Quoc Khanh, vice director of the Department of Fine Art, Photography, and Exhibition Tran Thi Thu Dong, and editor-in-chief of Dat Mui pictorial Le Nguyen.

The photos showcase the beautiful natural of the landscape of the Truong Sa and the daily lives of the soldiers and people on the archipelago, aiming to promote patriotism and raise people’s awareness of protecting Viet Nam’s sovereignty over its sea and islands.
