Online judicial services make debut
VGP - The Ha Noi Department of Justice (HDJ) on April 11 worked with Viettel Post to launch online and express services to register and return judicial records.
"Originating from the real demand of organisations and individuals, the programme creates one more choice for those who want to provide judicial records,” said Ta Mai Vu, HDJ’s chief of the secretariat.
Local residents can register judicial records at the website https://lltptructuyen.moj.gov.vn or at the nearest Viettel Post office.
It takes people from five to 10 minutes to conduct their file online, which was more convenient for those who live far from the city centre, said Nguyen Dac Luan, Vice-General Director of Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation.
“I find the online services convenient, and the prices are reasonable,” said one of the first customers to use the service.
More than 700 Viettel post offices nationwide are equipped with software to assist with the program. Users can see documents that are being delivered at www.viettelpost.com.vn./.
