Int’l circus Gala to kick off

With a desire to entertain several generations of audiences in Ha Noi capital with circus acts, the organising board have invited many meritorious artists to participate in this year's programme.

Director of the Viet Nam Circus Federation Ta Duy Anh said the performances are expected to dazzle the spectators with award-winning items, including children’s favorite’s “Animal Festival".

The programme will attract leading circus artists from Viet Nam, Laos and Mongolia. It will feature meticulous and diverse performances, including aerial acrobatics, balancing feats, shows of strength and magic tricks, as well as an animal circus.

Earlier, young circus artists from three Indochinese countries Viet Nam, Laos, and Cambodia gather for a circus gala to be held in Ha Noi.

Hosts Viet Nam bring to the event repertoires that saw resounding success at international events, such as the acrobatic performance ‘Shaping on swings’, special prize at the Wuqiao International Circus Festival 2013 in China; ‘Shaping on horizontal bar’, bronze medal at 2014 Wuhan International Acrobatics Art Festival in China; and magic performance ‘Mysterious Orient’, silver medal at the 2012 National Magic Festival.
