Internet, video game stores re-opened following COVID-19 containment

VGP – The local authorities of Ha Noi have allowed intercity bus routes, internet and video game stores to resume operation from March 16, said Vice Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Chu Xuan Dung.

However, customers must make health declarations and keep a safe distance from each other.
At a meeting of the city’s Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control on March 15, Mr. Dung tasked local departments, sectors, and localities to have adjustment plans for their operations in the “new normal”.
He also permitted the resumption of inter-provincial bus routes.
Internet and video shops have been closed since early February when the third wave of COVID-19 hit the city and surrounding localities.
Ha Noi has gone 28 days without locally-transmitted cases. Since January 27, it has detected 34 local infections./.
