During the meeting, the Party leader expressed his deep appreciation for the voters' thoughtful and responsible feedback, which, he noted, reflects strong public consensus and support for the major policies and decisions of the Party and State in recent times.

He also reported that preparations for the 14th National Party Congress have achieved significant progress, with grassroots and higher-level Party congresses completed, and congresses of Party organizations under the Party Central Committee proceeding as scheduled.

The General Secretary highlighted continued national progress in various areas, including political stability, robust national defense and security, and a proactive foreign policy. He also pointed to positive socio-economic indicators both nationwide and in Hà Nội, with improving public welfare.

According to the Party leader, the political system has been streamlined, and the two-tier local government model is operating smoothly, steadily, and with increasing effectiveness.

At the gathering, voters expressed their belief that under the Party's leadership, the National Assembly's oversight, and the Government's proactive governance — along with the solidarity of the people — Viet Nam will continue to achieve new milestones in 2026 and beyond.

They praised the National Assembly's urgent, responsible, innovative, and democratic approach, particularly in its deliberation and decision-making on matters directly impacting people's lives and the country's sustainable development. Voters voiced confidence that the National Assembly's legislative and supervisory functions, together with the Government's implementation, will translate new laws and resolutions into real-world results, spurring continued rapid and sustainable development.

Voters also raised several pressing issues, including the implementation of Resolution 71 on transformative education and training reform, Resolution 57 on digital transformation, and the operation of the two-tier local government system.

Addressing these concerns, the Party chief provided updates on five key areas:

Improving the effectiveness of two-tier local administration; Planning for staffing in education and healthcare, including public sector employment, salary reform, and adjustments to pensions and social allowances; Enhancing healthcare quality, lowering medical costs.

He affirmed that the voters' recommendations are highly relevant and noted that the Politburo and the Secretariat are paying close attention to these concerns.

As many as 1,588 delegates will attend the 14th National Party Congress scheduled to take place in early 2026.

The above figure includes 165 delegates who are current members of the 13th Party Central Committee and 1,423 delegates from central agencies and 34 localities nationwide./.
