As of mid-June 2026, the Tu Lien Bridge and approach road project had secured 96.7 percent of the required land area. Construction is progressing simultaneously on multiple sections, with all bored piles and foundations for the main pylons already completed. Work is also advancing at major interchanges, keeping the project on track for completion ahead of APEC 2027.

At the Ngoc Hoi Bridge project, 100 percent of the required site has been handed over. Contractors have finished all 80 bored piles for the bridge's two main pylons and are continuing construction of approach bridges and auxiliary structures. The project is likewise expected to be completed before the event.

For the Tran Hung Dao Bridge, more than 82 percent of the required land has been cleared. Construction under the public-private partnership (PPP) model commenced in December 2025 and is moving forward across several work fronts. The bridge is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027.

Construction of the Thuong Cat and Van Phuc bridges is also gaining momentum following significant progress in land clearance. Contractors are carrying out foundation works, pier construction and girder installation, with overall completion rates approaching 16 percent and 19 percent, respectively.

Meanwhile, work is being accelerated on the Hong Ha and Me So bridges, two major components of the Ring Road No. 4 – Capital Region project. Site clearance has been completed on the Ha Noi side, enabling contractors to simultaneously implement foundation, pier and superstructure works.

According to the management board, Ha Noi aims to put the Hong Ha, Me So and Hoai Thuong bridges into operation before APEC 2027, while ensuring that other key bridge projects across the capital are completed on schedule./.
