Ha Noi plans to start construction on eight projects to commemorate the anniversary the Capital Liberation Day
VGP – The People’s Committee of Ha Noi approved the list of construction works and investment projects scheduled in celebration of the 71st anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 – October 10,2025).

Ha Noi commenced a series of key projects aimed at public investment and generating resources for the city's socio-economic development. Notably, in celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and Viet Nam National Day (September 2), Ha Noi has broken ground and inaugurated nine projects.
In order to spread the positive energy, in celebration of the 71st anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 – October 10, 2025), Ha Noi also plans to commence the investment and construction of eight projects.
Specifically, the People's Committee of Ha Noi has approved the list of investment projects scheduled to commence between October 5th and October 10th, 2025, in celebration of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10), including:
- Thuong Cat Bridge construction project along with its connecting roads
- Component Project No.2 – Construction of Tran Hung Dao bridge (including access road and one connecting branch) under the Tran Hung Dao Bridge investment project
- The Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School construction project
- The second facility of Ha Noi Nephrology Hospital
- The Pearl Theater and Thematic Cultural and Art Park project
- The underpass construction project at the Co Linh intersection, Long Bien ward
- The riverside park development project along the banks of To Lich River
Notably, during this occasion, Ha Noi will also commence construction of the Ha Noi Urban Railway Line No.2, section Nam Thang Long – Tran Hung Dao (with a groundbreaking ceremony to be held at Xuan Dinh depot area) along with organization of a public announcement and disclosure of the detailed plan for Station C9, location of stops and construction along the segment from Station C8 to Station C10, at a scale of 1:500.
At the same time, together with the commence of the project is compensation, support, resettlement and site clearance project under the team responsible for "Investment project for the construction of the Eastern Hoan Kiem Lake sphere square and park"./.
