Accessible via https://a80.hanoi.gov.vn and a mobile app, the platform serves as the official information hub for parades, cultural events, exhibitions, and public services. It offers real-time updates on schedules, traffic, security, healthcare, and live broadcasts, as well as behind-the-scenes stories and community-shared moments from across the country.

The platform is not just an information portal, but also a "smart assistant" and "companion" for locals and visitors on their journey to explore, experience, and fully embrace every moment of the commemorative activities.

Speaking at the launch ceremony, Nguyen Thi Mai Huong, Deputy Director of the Ha Noi Department of Culture and Sports, said that this is an official, modern, comprehensive, and exclusive digital platform for the grand celebration. It integrates smart digital tools to help citizens and visitors easily access, search, and participate in the largest series of commemoration events of the nation in 2025.

With a visually stimulating design inspired by the festive atmosphere and the iconic cultural identity of the capital, the platform stands as a cultural-tech symbol of national stature.

Designed in vibrant red and yellow, with the iconic image of President Ho Chi Minh delivering the 1945 Declaration of Independence, the interface embodies both festive spirit and cultural heritage. The city hopes the platform will not only enhance user experience during the celebrations but also stand as a symbol of a creative, modern, and globally

Through the portal, both locals and foreign visitors can find information on military and civilian parades, art performances, cultural and historical exhibitions, as well as official announcements on event organization, traffic regulation, security, and healthcare services. Additional features include behind-the-scenes highlights, live broadcast videos, and memorable moments shared by the community.

The user interface of "A80 – Proud of Viet Nam" was carefully designed to convey a modern and vibrant tone. Dominated by red and yellow, it reflects both a festive atmosphere and the cultural identity of Thang Long–Ha Noi, symbolizing warmth, pride, and national spirit.

Content is logically structured, with events clearly categorized and media libraries promptly updated. A digital map feature assists with real-time location searches, further enhancing the user experience.

A standout feature of A80 is its integration with practical, everyday technology. An AI-powered chatbot serves as a friendly virtual assistant, offering recommendations for reaching event venues, reminders for scheduled activities, and information on live broadcast locations, water stations, restrooms, medical posts, and designated dining or rest areas.

Beyond event management, A80 is expected to become a "festival social network"—a space where people can express patriotism by creating and sharing celebratory cards, using national flag avatars, and showcasing photos and videos from events./.
