Chinese, Vietnamese young people meet up
VGP - The 18th Viet Nam-China youth friendship meeting is officially taking place in Ha Noi, offers a chance to exchange information on young people’s affairs and share experience in youth union work and teen movements.

Addressing the function, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee Bui Quang Huy expressed his hope that through the event, Chinese youths will learn about the land, culture, and people of Viet Nam – a peace-loving country, a good comrade, good friend, good neighbor, and good partner of China, and a responsible member of the international community.
He asked the two countries’ youth delegates to continue serving as a friendship bridge between the Vietnamese and Chinese people.
In addition, at the event, the delegates had a chance to watch a TV report recalling the 18-year journey of Viet Nam-China friendship exchanges and enjoy art performances featuring the cultures of both countries.
The exchange with the main activities is taking place in Ha Noi, Ninh Binh, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City.
The 18th Viet Nam-China youth friendship meeting is held from August 13-19.
