ASOCIO Smart City Summit 2018 to be held in Ha Noi
VGP - The Ha Noi People's Committee has just issued the plan to hold the ASOCIO Smart City Summit – Ha Noi 2018 with the theme of "Building smarter and safer cities by digital solutions."

The event will be organised by the People’s Committee of Ha Noi, the Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry organisation (ASOCIO) and the Viet Nam Software and IT Services (Vinasa).
Under the plan, the Ha Noi People's Committee in coordination with the Asian - Oceanian Computing Industry Organization (ASOCIO) and the Viet Nam Software and Information Technology Services Association (VINASA) will hold the event from September 17-19.
During the summit, delegates will share visions, strategies and experience in smart urban building, and collect opinions of managers and IT experts on smart urban management, planning and development based on new technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality (AR).
Other topics will include collecting comments from experts and enterprises on smart urban construction to deploy in Ha Noi and other provinces and cities of Viet Nam, and promoting business cooperation between Ha Noi’s IT enterprises and international ones.
In early August 2018, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc approved a project to develop sustainable and smart cities.
