132 outstanding graduates honoured

Among the 132 graduates honoured were 37 males and 95 females. Two of them gained the best marks in both entrance
and graduation exams; 56 of them are already members of the Communist Party of Viet Nam.

Speaking at the ceremony, Pham Quang Nghi, Politburo member and secretary of Ha Noi City, congratulated and praised the graduates.

He asked committees, agencies and people of all walks of life in the capital city to continue caring for talents and create conditions for graduates to study further so, contributing to building of a more beautiful, modern and civilized capital and nation.

This was the 12th consecutive year Ha Noi has honoured its outstanding graduates in the area.

So far, Ha Noi has praised 1,203 outstanding graduates; many of them have made great contribution to city’s development.
