VN, RoK cooperation in publishing children’s books
VGP - The leading children's book company of the Republic of Korea (RoK), Kyowon Publishing House in Ha Noi on September 28 signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement to publish children’s books with the Vietnamese bookstore, Alphabooks.

Speaking at the ceremony, Alphabooks Director Mr.Nguyen Canh Binh said Kyowon is the RoK’s largest children’s publishing house, whose books have nurtured the hearts of children for generations, equipping them with necessary knowledge and skills to become good citizens.
He wish to bring valuable and modern books with rich knowledge and life skills to Vietnamese
children, he added.
Alpha Book was the first company to exclusively exploit Kyowon’s education and children’s books in Viet Nam with three series of books in 2013.
With further franchise agreements with Kyowon in 2014, the company aims to publish hundreds of book titles, accounting for 50% - 60% total number of Kyowon’s book titles.
Founded in 1985, it is now the leading publisher in RoK for educational and children’s books with annual average revenue of $1.2 billion.
