VN Clean Air Days 2018 takes place in HN
VGP - More than one thousand people in Ha Noi on December 23 participated in the Viet Nam Clean Air Days 2018 through different activities to spread information on air pollution and settlement solutions.

The event is the opening activity of the Viet Nam Clean Air campaign held annually by Green ID and Live&Learn.
The event, with the message "Clean air - Green gift - Healthy family", is expected to contribute to increasing public awareness on the current situation, causes and impacts of air pollution to public health, and promote changes in attitudes and actions in improving air quality.
It also helps strengthen the community’s engagement in the process of building, completing and implementing policies related to air quality in Viet Nam.
Participants had the chance to receive information, visit exhibitions and join painting activities on the topic of air pollution.
Manager of GreenID’s Air and Water Programme Nguyen Thi Hang said in recent years, GreenID has actively implemented many initiatives to contribute to the effort to solve air pollution through offering up-to-date information on the status and solutions at the individual, community and policy levels.
Continuing the results, in the next phase, GreenID will create a deeper, stronger interaction with the public in order to promote individual action to improve and preserve clean air for everyone's health, she added.
