Vietnamese specialties seek Asian record

VGP - The Viet Nam Record Organisation has just nominated Ha Long grilled cuttlefish, La Vong Ha Noi grilled fish, Hai Duong rice noodle soup with anabas fish, Trang Bang rice noodle soup, and Soc Trang rice and green bean cake with shrimp for Asian records.

The organisation is supplementing additional materials, documents and images of these specialties for the Asian Record Organisation to consider in the coming time.
After being recognised in the region, these specialties will be nominated for Guinness World Records.
The proposed Vietnamese specialties are recommended for being only dishes found in Vietnam, not anywhere else in Asia.
The Asian Record Organisation has recently published its Criteria set on Asian Food Value, to which 12 Vietnamese dishes have been qualified.
