The “Tourism - Cultural Environment Day” in Capital city

VGP - To enjoy World Environment Day on June 05, the Viet Nam Exhibition Centre for Culture and Arts and Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) was co-organized a series of activities themed “Tourism - Cultural Environment Day” in Ha Noi.

Addressing at the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister Dang Thi Bich Lien participated said that the launching ceremony stated a important role of environment for some activities of tourism and culture, which contributes to maintain and develop cultural values.
A manager of the Center Mr. Duong Van Quynh affirmed that the environment had great influences on life quality of everyone and community. An environmental pollution is more serious. Therefore, a environmental protection against a climate change is urgent and important on globe.
The exhibition was organized with over 100 photos on environment, culture, tourism and Viet Nam’s sea and islands; an painting competition themed “Green country, green planet” with the participation of 40 students in Ha Noi; activities of the youth of MCST at Thang Long Imperial Citadel to protect culture, tourism at historic sites.
