Sustainable marine economic development strategy put into reality
VGP – The Ha Noi municipal People ’ s Committee issued Plan 104/KH-UBND on implementation of Resolution 36-NQ/TW dated October 22, 2018 on the marine economic development strategy by 2030 with a vision towards 2045.

Under the plan, the city targets to raise awareness of public servants, Party members, and staff on the role and significance of the maritime economy for economic growth, national construction and protection; guide organizations and individuals to trade, produce, and consume maritime products in accordance with the laws; advertize the beauty of culture, people, and sea regions; contribute to developing maritime tourism in combination with economic regions, the Northern key economic zone, and the Red River Delta Region.
The city will prioritize enterprises which apply high and modern technologies to preliminary storage, preservation, and consumption of maritime products in Ha Noi.
The city will also cooperate with international organizations to develop the affiliate system./.
