Spring festival Thăng Long-Hà Nội opens
VGP – A solemn spring festival imbued with national identities was opened in Hà Nội this morning in order to honor Việt Nam’s thousand-year-old capital city.
The festival was
kick-started with an incense-offering ritual in commemoration of Emperor Lý Thái
Tổ who set up the imperial capital in Thăng Long (Hà Nội now) in 1010.
