Socio-economic development solutions introduced
VGP – The Ha Noi Party Committee issued a report No. 1907-TB/TU on conclusions of the 18th meeting of the Party Committee (16th tenure) in the 2015-2020 period.

Accordingly, in Q2 and the rest of 2019, all levels of administration, socio-political unions, party members, and people will continue to renew leadership performance; listen to comments; uphold the collective leadership, personal charge; organize the 20th anniversary of Ha Noi being recognized as a “City for Peace” by UNESCO; the 50th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s testament, and the 65th anniversary of Capital’s liberation day.
The city will spare no effort to fulfill the socio-economic development norm; ensure national defense and security in line with Resolution 22-NQ-TW, dated November 29, 2019 of the Ha Noi People’s Council on socio-economic development tasks in 2019 and resolve pressing issues.
The city will take drastic steps to perfect the business and investment environment; enable business start-up; strive for 7.5% growth rate of GRDP; tighten urban management work; protect the environment; put the Ha Dong-Cat Linh metro line into operation soon; prevent natural disasters.
In addition, the administrative reform will be accelerated to encourage people to access public services at grade 3 and grade 4./.
