Retail sale sector flourishes after COVID-19 pandemic

The changes in customers’ shopping behaviors in the disease time have brought chances for retailers. Traditional retailers such as Big C, MM Mega Market gained impressive growth rates during social distancing time. Purchasing power of the retail sale channel was stable.
Masan Group reported that the VinCommerce retail sale channel gained nearly 40% of net revenue growth in Q1 as Massa targeted to ensure the smooth supply chain; provide a full range of goods at stable costs and high quality to customers.
Experts forecast that the COVID-19 pandemic posed abundant difficulties and challenges for the retail sale sector but created opportunities for the field in Viet Nam.
Especially, online shopping trend has been fully optimized by Vietnamese retailers./.
