Resolution on socio-economic development plan for 2019 passed
VGP – Vice Chairperson of the Ha Noi People’s Council Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc has recently inked Resolution 07/NQ-HDND, dated December 4, 2018 on socio-economic development plan for 2019.
Accordingly, the city will continue to successfully implement the theme “Improving the efficiency and capabilities of the political system; perfect the investment environment; encourage innovation and startup; develop the business circle in both number and quality; restructure economic sectors and transform growth modal; raise productivity, quality, efficiency, and competitiveness; properly manage planning; build new rural areas; protect the environment; ensure social security, vocational training, and job generation.
the city will strengthen IT application to smart city building; speed up administrative reform; streamline structural apparatus; perfect law enforcement; combat corruption; consolidate national defense and security; improve diplomatic work and international integration.
Key norms include 7.4-7.6% of GRDP; VND 118-120 million of GRDP per capita; 10.5-11% of development investment capital; 7.5-8% of export turnover growth rate; and 0.3% poverty reduction./.
