Capital promotes e-commerce transactions


VGP  Ha Noi has set a plan to strive for e-commerce transactions accounting for 9 % of the citys total retail sales of goods and services. The preset norm will increase 1% against the rate in 2018. The city is also determined to rank second or above in e-Business Index (EBI)
