Partial adjustments made to Ha Noi Capital Region Master Plan
VGP – Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung has signed a decision approving partial adjustments to the Ha N oi Capital Region Construction Master Plan until 2030, with a vision to 2050 , at scale of 1:25,000.

The adjustment of the plan aims to satisfy the need of using defense and security land in Ha Noi as a premise for the implementation of a project to build a new garrison and training ground for the Infantry Regiment 692, Division 301 of the Ha Noi Capital High Command, thus meeting the High Command’s demand for performing its security and defense tasks.
In addition, the work provides the basis for making adjustments to subdivision planning, detailed planning and construction investment projects.
The land researched for partial adjustments belongs to the administrative boundaries of Van Con and An Thuong communes in Ha Noi’s Hoai Duc district.
According to the Ha Noi capital construction master plan, approved by the Prime Minister, the land aimed for adjustments lies within an area which has been defined with the function of land for agriculture, trees and recreation parks converted into the land for defence and security purposes (to carry out the project to build a new garrison and training ground for the Infantry Regiment 692, Division 301), with a total area of 47.61 hectares.
