Over 13,000 people tested negative in Ha Noi’s COVID-19 cluster

VGP – Ha Noi authorities have collected 13,762 samples in Ha Loi Village for COVID-19 testing in a bid to prevent spread of the virus from one of the biggest COVID-19 clusters in Viet Nam.

The massive testing has been carried out after 13 out of total 268 infection cases in Viet Nam came from the village, according to the Ministry of Health.

Of the total samples, 13,452 turned out to be negative and testing outcomes of the rest will be released in coming days.

In addition, the municipal authorities are monitoring 1,684 residents of the village which has been isolated since April 8.

Viet Nam has gone 4 days without new infection case, keeping the patient tally unchanged at 268, including 160 imported cases, accounting for 59.7%./.
