VGP – In the process of implementing the project of new countryside construction, Tay Tuu Commune of Tu Liem District in Ha Noi has found a common goal between the project and the aspiration of the people. This is a prerequisite that enables the commune to basically complete 18 of the 19 criteria on the new countryside areas.
