Market stabilization ensured for Lunar New Year
VGP - The Municipal People’s Committee had a working session on November 28 with Ministry of Industry and Trade's delegation led by Deputy Minister Ho Thi Kim Thoa, focusing on preparing goods and ensuring market stabilization for the upcoming Lunar New Year’s Eve 2014.

According to Ha Noi’s report, the city has strived to assure primary goods and market, price control in the last months of 2013. During and after the Lunar New Year’s Eve, consumption demand is forecasted to increase by 15 to 18% compared to other months, mainly primary products for Tet holiday, such as foodstuff, confectionary and beverages.
Ha Noi has implemented various activities to maintain price and market stabilization, such as strengthening market and price control, selling products with stabilized price in remote areas, and promoting information work.
Furthermore, the city also deployed programs for cooperation and trade investment with other localities to ensure product resources.
Speaking at the working session, Deputy Minister Ho Thi Kim Thoa expected Ha Noi to continue efforts for market stabilization and the fight against fake, illegal goods, along with paying more attention to primary goods.
