Local leaders pay tribute to Fidel Castro
VGP - Secretary of the Ha Noi Party Committee Hoang Trung Hai led a delegation to the Cuban Embassy in Ha Noi to pay tribute to Cuban former President Fidel Castro on November 28.

The delegation consisted of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ha Noi Party Committee Ngo Thi Thanh Hang, and Chairman of the Ha Noi People's Committee Nguyen Duc Chung.
The municipal Party leader conveyed the deepest condolence to the Party, State, people of Cuba and relatives of Fidel Castro.
He also wrote in a funeral book “We mourned comrade Fidel Castro Ruz, former First Secretary of the Cuban Communist Party, former President of the Councils of State, and Ministers of the Republic of Cuba - the preeminent leader of Cuban people, the brilliant revolutionist of Latin American nationalities, the movement for independence, freedom, social advance in the world.”
The passing of comrade Fidel Castro was a huge loss for the Party, State, Government, and people of Cuba, his relatives, he wrote.
Ha Noi would spare no effort to cement and deepen the Viet Nam-Cuba relations in general and Ha Noi – Havana ties in particular in favor of respective revolutionary causes./.
