Local authorities set ten solutions for export development
VGP – The Ha Noi municipal People ’ s Committee has recently released a plan to accelerate export in the city in 2017.

This year, the city planned to raise 4.5% of export growth rate and earn around US$ 11.1 billion of export turnover.
Especially, the city will focus on ten solutions including promoting administrative reform in customs, tax, business license granting, investment certificates, certificate on origin; applying online administrative procedures; facilitating and cutting costs for enterprises.
Policy mechanisms on export development will be built. Monetary policies of the Government and central agencies will be implemented. Monetary and gold markets will be managed effectively.
Competitiveness of enterprises and producers will be enhanced. The city will connect labor demand and supply and meet business requirements on labor in favor of export development.
The local authorities will develop infrastructure and service for export business; accelerate infrastructure investment projects.
The plan also set to conduct trade promotion programs with a view to advertizing local brand names and support export businesses; regularly hold seminars to collect information and timely extricate business difficulties for enterprises.
The plan stressed a necessity to keep a close watch on imports in quality and food hygiene; protect the environment; manage the market; and control trade gap.
Local exports will be responsible for raising product quality; improving competitiveness; building trademarks; and train official staffs on international integration./.
