Int’l book fair to take place at Thong Nhat Park
VGP - The 2017 International Book Fair Viet Nam will be organized at Thong Nhat Park in Ha Noi from August 23-27 with more than 80 booths showing 40,000 books titles from various domestic and seven foreign firms.

The event is an activity to mark the APEC Year Viet Nam 2017, Viet Nam’s 40-year membership of the United Nations and 10 years of joining the World Trade Organization, as well as the 65th anniversary of the domestic publishing sector.
This is a chance for book publishers and distributors to meet and exchange experience, while introducing new publications and expanding international cooperation in publishing.
Books in different topics will be on display, including on sea and islands, integrity and sovereignty, ASEAN, translated books, e-books, and prize-winning books.
Over 20 events will also be held, such as meetings with authors and seminars to share experience in publishing.
The organization board will also give a separate space for transactions in copyright./.
