Int’l Teenager Art Festival opens in HN

VGP - The International Teenager Art Festival was held in the Hà Nội Children’s Palace on March 24, with the participation of children from Russia, Japan and Việt Nam.

 
The festival helped audiences learn more about the three countries and contributed to strengthening friendship between Vietnamese people and other nations in the world.

It also aimed to celebrate the 81st anniversary of the Hồ Chí Minh Communist Youth Union and 71st anniversary of the establishment of the Hồ Chí Minh Pioneer Unit.

Addressing the program, the Vice President of the Việt Nam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO), Vũ Thị Hải, said that the event offered an opportunity for Vietnamese and international children to exchange and learn more about cultures through songs and dances of the three countries.

Director of the Russian Center of Science and Culture Aleksey Yu. Lavrentiev emphasized that this was a festival of peace and friendship.

The event was co-organized by the VUFO and the Russian Center of Science and Culture./.
