HN vows to support Italian partners to boost economic cooperation
VGP – The local authorities of Ha Noi pledged to support Italian partners to successfully host the third Italy-ASEAN business forum which is expected to boost economic, trade, and investment cooperation and strengthen ties among Italy, Viet Nam, and ASEAN.

At the third Italy-ASEAN business forum which took place on June 6 in Ha Noi, Chairman of the Ha Noi municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung reported that Ha Noi has attained important socio-economic development achievements after over 30 years of renovation.
Chairman Chung said that Italy has an ancient and long-lasting culture and history and leads a large number of areas from automobile, household utensils, furniture, food, telecom, and fashion. Italian famous trademarks include Prada, Gucci, Valentino, Ariston, Ferroli, and Piaggio. ASEAN member states are interested to cooperating with Italy on these fields.
Hence, the Chairman hoped that the forum would offer a good chance to boost cooperation among ASEAN and Italy businesses./.
