HN tightens administrative disciplines
VGP – The local authorities of Ha Noi will deploy a series of measures to foster administrative disciplines and improve serving attitudes of civil servants in 2017 .

Director of the Department of Home Affairs Tran Huy Sang reported that Ha Noi selected 2017 as a year of tightening administrative procedures.
The city will consolidate administrative rules; raise a sense of responsibility; and improve cultural behaviors of public servants.
According to Mr. Sang, the city will re-arrange and perfect the apparatus of administrative agencies and public units.
They will be requested to review and accomplish working regulations and strengthen explanatory responsibilities for leaders.
The city will give a priority to strengthening IT applications and keeping a close watch on the settlement of public services.
The local authorities also looked to extricate bottlenecks and beef up business start-up, innovation; improve the quality of administrative procedures; publish satisfactory levels of citizens on administrative agencies.
In addition, the city will streamline personnel about 10% in line with Resolution 39-NQ/TW, dated April 17, 015 on downsizing officials public employees by 2020.
New code of conduct
The local authorities will issue a code of conduct at administrative agencies in an effort to better management quality and supervisory capacity and behaviors of public servants./.
