HN strives for Top 10 fastest-growing localities
VGP – The authorities of Ha Noi have spared no effort to raise the city's provincial competitiveness index (CPI) to enter the group of the 10 fastest-growing localities.

The Ha Noi municipal People’s Committee on October 16 issued Official dispatch 5039/UBND-KH&DT to implement the PM’s conclusion on economic restructuring and transformation of the growth modal.
Accordingly, the local authorities ask for further implementation of targets, tasks, and solutions stipulated in the Action Plan 60/KH-UBND, dated March 9, 2017 to realize Resolution 05-NQ/TW of the fourth Party Central Committee (12th tenure) on several major policies and guidelines to continue renewing growth model; improving growth quality, labor productivity and economic competitiveness and Resolution 06-NQ/TW on effective implementation of the international economic integration process and firm maintenance of socio-political stability as Viet Nam joins new-generation free trade agreements.
The People’s Committee would work with ministries and central agencies to review and streamline administrative procedures; cut business costs; and raise PCI to enter the group of the ten fastest-growing localities./.
