HN strives for 2,100 resettlement condominium apartments in 2017

VGP – The Ha Noi municipal People’s Committee planed to finalize construction of 2,134 resettlement condominium apartments (213,000 m2) and 568 social condominium apartments (45,500m2).

The local authorities are assessing; supplementing; and perfecting six planning projects; crafting 20 district planning schemes; four detailed planning projects on urban designing; and 28 old apartment sites; researching specific mechanisms on construction of commercial houses.
The local authorities have finalized the draft regulation on the management of social apartment trading and speed up upgrading process of old apartment sites.
In addition, the local authorities have taken measures to strengthen land management; adjust land management scheme by 2020; reform administrative procedures on land ownership rights./.
