HN strives for 100% of safe agro-food chain coverage

By using a smart phone with internet connection, consumers can easily trace the origin of agricultural products. 

According to the city’s action plan on implementation of the Program on sustainable production and consumption, the city plans to raise the proportion of green and environmentally-friendly industries to 42-45% out of the GDP. About 50% of distribution enterprises acknowledge and apply solutions on clean and energy saving production. 

In addition, the city also plans to collect waste for treatment, including 85% of urban solid waste, 75% of industrial solid waste, and 50% of construction solid waste./.
