HN leads in national energy saving

The news is part of Report 50/BC-BCN on the implementation of energy saving and power efficiency in the 2016-2019 period. 

Accordingly, over the past three years, the city enforced the Law on energy saving and efficiency, the program on energy saving and efficiency. 

Organizations, individuals, and energy users took practical steps to effectively use energy and cut 2.28% of power in comparison with the forecast. 

In the 2016-2019 period, total amount of energy saving hit 931.9 ktoe. 

The Ministry of Industry and Trade assessed that Ha Noi takes the lead in energy saving and makes important contributions to fulfillment of the national target goal on energy saving and efficiency./.
