HN launches tourist information centre
VGP – Ha N oi’s Department of Tourism and the Vietnam-Ha N oi Tourism Joint Stock Company have inaugurated a Center for Tourist Information an d Support at 28 Hang Dau street in Hoan Kiem District, aiming to promote the city’s tourism and serve tourists better.

It opens from 8 am to 5 pm throughout the week. With its staff being fluent in English, French, Chinese and Korean, the center hopes to help customers with useful information about tourist sites, restaurants, transportation, hotels, and entertainment centers in Ha Noi.
Notably, the centre will offer visitors four walking tours to discover Hanoi’s Old Quarter and places in the vicinity of Hoan Kiem Lake. The tours, operated by the Vietnamtourism–Ha Noi Joint Stock Company, focus on four main themes: the history and culture of Ha Noi, distinctive architecture in Ha Noi, craft streets in the Old Quarter and the harmony between Western and Eastern cultures in the Old Quarter.
With the inauguration of the tourist centre and the four free tours, Ha Noi’s tourism sector expects to improve service quality and promote the hospitality of the capital city to visitors at home and from abroad, thereby attracting more to the city.
A 24/7 hotline at 84 941 336 677 is also available to provide remote support and receive enquiries and complaints from tourists.
