HN grants 65 investment licenses
VGP – In September, 65 new projects got investment permits with a total registered capital of US$ 30 million, the Ha Noi Department of Planning and Investment reported.

Out of the total number, 54 FDI projects were licensed. About 10 others were joint-venture projects. Meanwhile, 15 projects got additional investment worth US$ 20 million.
In the ninth month, foreign investors poured US$ 75 million to buy shares.
As of September 20, total registered capital hit US$ 1.01 billion including 631 newly-registered projects (worth US$ 503 million) and 148 expanded projects (US$ 509 million).
In the first nine months, foreign investors spent US$ 5.2 billion to buy shares.
Meanwhile, 27 projects were suspended and dissolved.
In January-September period, the local authorities granted 20,562 business licenses with a total register capital of VND 263.8 trillion, up 9% in number and 28% in value.
In the first nine months, 1,500 enterprises were dissolved, up 30% against the same period last year. Meanwhile, 6,458 others were temporarily suspended, representing a year-on-year growth of 26%. Up to 4,450 others resumed operation.
