HN focuses on nine administrative reform tasks

VGP – The Ha Noi municipal Committee will implement nine administrative reform tasks in Q2, 2018.

The city will conduct administrative reform tasks in 2018 and the working theme for 2018 “Improving operational capacity and efficiency of the political system.”

The Program No. 08-CTr/TU dated April 26, 2016 of the Ha Noi Party Committee on “Strengthening administrative reform to create strong changes of discipline, responsibility and quality of officials, public servants in serving people for the 2016 – 2020 period" will be enforced. 

The city will review legal regulations for amendments; standardize administrative procedures; build interconnected working regulations among different departments, district-level People’s Committees. 

The city will review, rearrange, and renovate the apparatus in line with Plan 70-KH/TW, dated January 25, 2018 and Resolution 19-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 “on continuing renovation of the organizational and management system, improvement of quality and efficiency of public non-productive units". 

Resolution 39-NQ/TW of the Politburo and Decree 108/2014/ND-CP, dated November 20, 2014 on downsizing and restructuring of officials and public employees and Directive No. 02/CT-TTg on enhancing the implementation of the payroll reduction policy will be strictly observed.

The architectural framework on electronic e-Government will be ratified. IT application will be promoted. 

Administrative reform index for 2017 will be published and plan for 2018 will be issued./.
