HN develops e-Government
VGP – The authorities of Ha Noi targets to build an appropriate foundation to ensure interconnection and share national database in the 2019-2020 period.

The city recently issued an action plan to implement Resolution 17/NQ-CP, dated March 7, 2019 on key tasks and measures to develop e-Government in the 2019-2020 period towards 2025.
The plan set a plan to ensure that 100% of State offices will be connected with the data transmission network. All public services at third and fourth grade will be provided. At least 35% of public services at fourth grade will be offered. 100% of public services will respond to complaints of citizens and enterprises. 50% of State agencies will publish satisfactory level on public services.
In the 2021-2025, the city will continue to develop core database of e-Government in accordance with instructions of the Government, ministries, and sectors.
The municipal People’s Committee requested that the action plan must be conducted synchronously in line with the roadmap and orientations on Viet Nam’s e-Government./.
