HN builds 7,000 apartments for low-income earners

VGP - Hà Nội’s People’s Committee has so far ratified eight investment projects on building around 6,734 apartments for 22,436 low-income earners.

Currently, nearly 3,000 apartments have been transferred to beneficiaries. They included 800 ones in Sài Đồng eco-urban area (Long Biên District), 1,000 ones in Đặng Xá new urban area (Gia Lâm District), 200 ones in Đại Mỗ (Từ Liêm District) and 860 ones in Kiến Hưng (Hà Đông District).
To continue their projects, the investors are proposing a preferential loan of VND 868 billion in 2012.
