Ha Noi, Vienna promote cooperation
VGP – Chairman of the Ha Noi municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung hosted a reception for new Austrian Ambassador to Viet Nam Thomas Schuller Gotzburg.

Ambassador Thomas Schuller Gotzburg introduced Austrian advantages in smart urban management and public transport, hoping to expand and make full use of the relations between Ha Noi and Austrian cities and provinces.
Mr. Thomas Schuller Gotzburg suggested Ha Noi support the hosting of the 45th anniversary of diplomatic ties and the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Austrian Embassy in Ha Noi.
Chairman Chung hoped that the new Ambassador would serve as a positive bridge to consolidate and elevate the bilateral ties in general and Ha Noi-Vienna in particular.
The host leader affirmed that Ha Noi always encourages and creates favorable ways for European businesses including Austrian ones to invest and transfer technology in all fields, especially fire prevention equipment, emergency relief, and sewage treatment./.
