Ha Noi to speed up disbursement of ODA projects
VGP - The Municipal People’s Committee issued Document 3048/UBND-KT on May 5, requiring departments, agencies, People’s Committees of districts and towns and enterprises to strengthen disbursement of ODA projects and programs.

Accordingly, agencies responsible for projects, programs are assigned to review and submit plans for implementing projects and managing, using ODA, preferential loans.
The Department of Plan and Investment is responsbile for cooperating with Department of Finance and related agencies to fulfill list of ODA projects, programs lacking of Reciprocal capital and submit it to Municipal People’s Committee for capital arrangement.
Furthermore, the city required Steering Committee for Land Clearance in cooperation with related agencies to keep close control on land clearance, hence assure progress of the construction. Bidding will be implemented as approved in accordance with the law.
