Hà Nội to apply one-stop-shop model in all administrative offices
VGP – The Municipal People's Committee (MPC) of Hà Nội recently introduced a decision requiring all its administrative agencies to apply one-stop-shop mechanism in their daily work.

According to the decision, which comes into effect on July 11, all administrative procedures must be simple, clear and in conformity with legal regulations.
Administrative procedures, fees, forms and documents, and the duration of working time will be publicized openly.
Only the ‘shops’ in charge of receiving and returning administrative procedures will accept and return the documents in a convenient and quick manner.
Those shops will be established at all the municipal administrative offices.
The MPC entrusted the Hà Nội Department of Information and Communications to speed up IT applications in realizing the one-stop-shop mechanism.
It is reported that the city has piloted successfully the one-stop-shop mechanism in licensing business registration and capital construction.
