Ha Noi's fine arts exhibition opens

In an announcement on May 20, the Viet Nam Fine Arts Association called on artists to focus their artworks on the themes of the country’s history, revolution and defence, as well as on studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle. 

In addition, the artists are also encouraged to work using different media and various languages of the arts.

Prizes and certificates of merit will be presented to the best entrants, who will also be nominated for the Viet Nam Fine Arts Association Awards 2020.

This is the 25th exhibition to be held by the association in Ha Noi. The annual event is a chance for artists from the three sectors to introduce their new work.

The exhibition’s winners will be considered for the association’s award and Viet Nam Literature and Art Associations Union.

Submissions to the exhibition, which must have been produced between July 2019 to June 2020, should be sent to the Viet Nam Fine Arts Association, 51 Tran Hung Daostreet, Hoan Kiem district, Ha Noi no later than July 1, 2020.
