Ha Noi promotes IT application in tourism
VGP - The municipal Department of Tourism and its Information and Communication peer signed on March 24 a coordinated program on improving the efficiency of information, dissemination and promotion of the capital city as well as boosting up the information technology (IT) application in tourism activities in Ha Noi in 2021-2025.

A website called “Ha Noi Tourist e-Information” will be set up to help connecting travelers with tourism policy makers and tour-operators as well as receiving feedback from visitors to the city.
“Ha Noi Tourist e-Information” is an initiative to foster the development of tourism in the city, which will be teamed up to put into operation by the Department of Tourism and the Department of Information and Communication in the upcoming time.
In addition, many new tourism products are introduced by local tour-operators. All things are ready for reopening for international visitors.
Ms. Dang Huong Giang, Director of the Hanoi Department of Tourism sad in order to well implement the government’s “twin goals” of fostering economic development while enforcing strict measures against Covid-19 pandemic, the municipal Department of Tourism has actively worked with relevant units to revive the capital tourism sector, including the Department of Information and Communication.
In addition, it has also connected with tour-operators, air carriers and railway business to build up tourism stimulus programs.
