Ha Noi mural streets vibrant with national flags and flowers to welcome municipal Party Congress

VGP - Major streets in Ha Noi are adorned with national flags, flowers, slogans and posters to welcome in the 17th city Party Congress for the 2020-2025 tenure.

In preparation for the 17th city Party Congress, the decoration was implemented from September 25 to October 5, 2020.

The decoration and communication activities are focused on the venue of the event, the buildings that house the city Party Congress (Le Lai Street, Hoan Kiem District and Tran Phu Street, Ha Dong District), the Municipal People's Council and the People's Committee; the areas of Ba Dinh Square, Hoan Kiem Lake; and the main routes of the city.
