Ha Noi aims to generate most favorable business environment

The authorities will improve the business environment; support business start-up; expand production and business by timely apprehending business difficulties and proposals to adjust policies; extricating business obstacles; improving the business environment; and promoting business growth. 

Business associations will be promoted to serve as a bridge between businesses and the local authorities to collect feedback and recommendations for proper solutions. 

The administrative procedures will be promoted. Unnecessary procedures will be eliminated. The e-government application, a sense of disciplines and personnel competence will be promoted. 

Suitable resources will be given to programs on human resources training, investment promotion, trade, and high-tech scientific applications. 

The Ha Noi municipal People’s Committee assigned the local Department of Planning and Investment to work with relevant agencies, sectors, and units to issue two projects on business start-up with a view to converting Ha Noi into a leading locality and a business and creative start-up center and establishing 200,000 businesses./.
